Accounts Payable Clerk

Alexander Equipment Company, Inc. is a leading supplier of Tree Care Equipment & Supplies throughout Northern Illinois & Southeast Wisconsin.


We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payables Clerk, who will also assist in answering phones and greeting customers, along with other general administrative and support projects.


Applicants must have 2 plus years of related experience and be proficient in Accounts Payable, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows Computers and processing ACH payments online. QuickBooks or related accounting software experience is required.


Applicants must have good communication, organizational and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.


Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM.



$16 - $18 per hour based on experience. Successful candidate will also qualify for our monthly bonus plan after 1 months. The bonus plan currently equates to an average of $4.00 per hour in additional compensation.
